Lukacs' Basic Interpretation of Mediators as Categories in His Early Time

Lukacs is deeply influenced by Hegel in his early time, which is especially embodied in his inter-pretation of mediators. Mediators may be classified into three categories. First, mediators are a corresponding cogni-tive way against ＂immediacy＂. The refusal of immediacy means that the method of realizing reality through media-tors is the radical method for the proletarian class. Mediator, as a phrase of the whole developing process, is the generated history, and the historical totality itself as well. These interpretations have their strict internal logic.
