影响公职人员下游洗钱方式的因素分析

在实地调研两个地级市近3年530个犯罪案例信息的基础上，对公职人员处置不法资产方式的影响因素及其以洗钱方式进行不法资产处置的其他影响因素进行实证研究，得出以下结论：上游经济犯罪类型对下游洗钱方式的选择有显著差异；个人成长环境中的受教育程度、所在级别对下游洗钱方式的选择有显著差异；不法公职人员的暴露途径和工作年限对下游洗钱方式的选择有显著差异。

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Downstream Money Laundering of Public Officials

Based on 530 criminal cases of the recent three years can＇ied out in two prefecture - level cities in Shanxi Province, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the public officials＇ management of their illegal assets and other factors that affect their handling of their illegal properties through money laundering. Through empirical re-search, this paper finds that different types of the upstream economic crimes have significant influence on the down-stream money laundering, that the educational level and official banks of the public officials have great influence on the downstream money laundering, and that exposure pathways and work years also have obvious influence on the downstream money laundering. In addition, this paper studies the other factors that affect the public officials＇ man-agement of their illegal properties.
