文化执政力视阈下新生代农民工的文化融入与权益共享

随着城市化的发展,大量新生代农民工聚集在城市务工。他们消费水平较低,文化活动贫乏,缺少基本文化设施,社会提供给他们的文化活动较少,造成文化融入障碍重重。为此,必须构建和完善公共文化服务体系,切实保障新生代农民工的文化权益;满足他们的精神文化需求,丰富他们的文化生活;增强他们维护文化权益的意识,营造新生代农民工与市民良好的互动氛围。

Cultural Integration and Cultural Rights and Interests of the Migrant Workers of the New Generation from the Perspective of Culture Ruling Ability

With the development of urbanization, many migrant workers of the new generation are working and living in the city. The lower level of their consumption, their lack of cultural activities and basic cultural facilities, as well as the inadequacy of cultural activities provided by the communities for them, constitute obstacles of their integrating with the urban life. Therefore, we must build and improve the system of public cultural services so as to substantially protect the cultural rights and interests of the migrant workers; gratify their spiritual and cultural needs so as to enrich their cultural life ; enhance their awareness of the protection of their cultural rights and interests so as to create an interactive atmosphere for them and the urban residents.
