论宋代台谏与文官集团的重组

台谏之横使之成为宋朝掀动政潮之地 ,而文官集团作为宋代政治的支柱 ,它们的分裂与重组 ,与台谏又有着密不可分的联系。从此入手进行研究 ,可以得出三个结论 :首先 ,台谏固然使人主“不至于偏至之谗” ,但它更多的则是引发文官集团分裂的直接动因 ,也使宋朝不能长期保持其政策的一致性。其次 ,这种现象的生成 ,与宋代的政治制度有关 ,与宋代人主的人本思想及其宽容的性格有关。另外 ,言官动辄以道德苛咎别人 ,但儒家队伍必须依靠纪律的约束 ,而不是道德的力量。故而 ,台谏与事功本身却是毫无补益的。

Expostulation and Rearrangement of Civil Official Group of Song Dynasty

Expostulation was so imperious that political unrest of Song Dynasty often happened. the split and rearrangement the civil official group which was the political pillar of Song Dynasty related tightly with expostulation. This article begins with this and draws three conclusions:firstly,though expostulation could make the king "not believe calumny easily ," it is the direct cause of splitting the civil official official group and could not make Song Dynasty holding its identical policy long-lasting;secondly, this kind of phenonmenon's growing relatedwith the political institution of Song Dynasty and it is also related with the king's humamism and tolerant;finaly, the superisor criricize others according to the morat , meanwhile, the confucionists must depen on the bounds of discipline but not the power of moral . So the expostulation has no any benefit to the auhievement of Song Dynasty.
