| 摘 要： | 通过对北大法意网的中国典型案例数据库中近3年有关农村土地承包纠纷85个案例的统计与分析,总结了案例中农村土地承包纠纷的主要特点,由案例的分析指出了当前农村土地承包当中所存在的主要问题和纠纷产生的原因,并对妥善解决农村土地承包纠纷问题的对策进行了认真的思考。
