论大学素质教育中的师生关系处理

师生关系是学校教育中的一种非常重要的关系,与领导者和学生、学生和学生之间的关系相比较,师生关系对学生来说更具有切近现实的意义.大学教育与中小学教育相比,具有专业性、学术性、创新性等特点;相应地,大学素质教育中的师生关系也具有一些鲜明的特点.具体而言,可概括为：课内教学与课外交往并重;主导作用与主体地位并存.师生关系的改善还有赖于双方的正确认识,并致力于缩短心理距离.

On the Handling of the Relationship between Teachers and Students in University Quality-Oriented Education

The relationship between teachers and students plays an important role in education.To students,it is of more realistic significance than their relationship with their leaders and classmates.Compared with the middle school and the elementary school education,higher education bears such characteristics as being professional,academic and creative.Correspondingly,the relationship between teachers and students in university quality-oriented education has some distinctive features which can be summarized as follows: teaching in class and instruction after class should be laid equal stress on and teachers' dominant position and students' position as the subject should coexist.Improvement of the relationship also depends on a correct understanding of the relationship itself on both parts and efforts made to shorten the psychological distance between them.
