| 摘 要： | 客观地分析了西部地区经济落后的一个重要原因在于非公有制经济发展的滞后，论述了非公有制经济与社会主义现代化建设的内在联系，指出加快非公有制经济发展是西部大开发最现实的选择，进而提出社会主义非公有制经济思想，以及以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展，实现社会主义共同富裕的重要途径。
