| 摘 要： | 由于影响房地产价格制定的因素很多,选择对房地产价格影响较大的、具有普遍性和规律性的7个方面因素构建了相应的指标体系.并且在此基础之上,利用粗糙集理论对房地产价格影响指标进行了约简,找出了影响房地产价格的关键因素.
