| 摘 要： | 坚持以人为本,建设服务型政府是我国经济社会发展新形势的必然要求,政府应把为公共利益的服务作为一切活动的根本出发点和落脚点。必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,深化行政管理体制改革,进一步明确服务理念,牢固树立以人为本的理念,切实解决人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题。提供优质高效的公共服务,不断提高人民群众的物质和精神生活水平。按照建设服务型政府的要求,要在服务上下功夫,切实转变政府职能,认真履行政府职责,努力促进经济社会协调发展。
