| 摘 要： | 实施水资源的科学管理是解决水资源问题的有效途径,建立和完善水资源管理的组织体系和管理体制是适应社会主义市场经济和可持续发展战略的迫切要求。本文主要对我国水资源管理的组织体系和管理体制进行了分析讨论。
