| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的发展,我国经济水平得到了很大的提高,这与物流行业的发展存在很大的联系。即便我国近年来物流行业得到较快的发展,但是,依然严重缺乏物流人才,要使我国物流行业顺利发展,培养物流人才是关键。本文对创新教育的意义进行分析,并探讨物流人才培养的创新教育,从而为我国物流行业培育出更多的创新型人才。

| Abstract: | With the development of economic globalization,China ＇s economic level has been greatly improved,which has a lot to do with the development of the logistics industry. Even if the logistics industry in our country has developed rapidly in recent years,there is still seriously short of logistics personnel. The cultivation of logistics talents is key to make logistics industry in China develop smoothly,the logistics personnel training is the key. This paper analyzes the significance of innovative education,and discusses the innovative education in the cultivation of logistics talents,to cultivate more innovative talents for China＇s logistics industry. |
