In recent years,the environmental pollution situation in China is serious,which has aroused strong concerns of all parties and also puts forward new requirements to the national development strategy. Therefore,in the cultivation,establishment and development of Chang- Ji- Tu integration industrial clusters should pay attention to protecting the ecological environment. The establishment of ecological industrial clusters is of great significance to promote the development of the Old Northeastern Industrial Base.
