| 摘 要： | 教学团队科研能力建设是教学团队建设的重要组成部分。本文从准确定位、增强团队意识和科研意识、抓师资队伍建设、评价与激励机制建设和科研环境建设等几个方面,论述了新建地方院校教学团队应如何提长虹科研能力。以其对现实工作起到一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | The construction of teaching team＇s scientific research ability is an important part of teaching team construction. This paper discusses the teaching teams of newly- built local colleges and universities how to improve scientific reach ability from several aspects-- accurate orientation,strengthening team spirit and scientific research consciousness,enforcing the construction of teaching staff,evaluation and incentive mechanism construction and scientific research environment construction,so as to offer certain guiding function for practical work. |
