| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工人力资本的提升对推动我国现代化和城镇化的健康和谐发展具有重大意义。笔者依托舒尔茨的人力资本理论,分析了新生代农民工人力资本的含义和特点,梳理了新生代农民工人力资本提升面临的困境,探索新生代农民工人力资本提升的新路径,以期为我国新农村建设和经济转型升级中高素质的人力资本的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | The enhancement of new generation peasant workers＇ human capital is of great significance to promote healthy and harmonious development of China＇s modernization and urbanization. The author,relying on human capital theory of Schultz,analyzes the implication and characteristics of human capital of the new generation peasant- workers,combs the dilemmas the new generation peasant- workers＇ human capital is faced with,and explores the new path to upgrade the human capital,in order to provide reference for the study of high- quality human capital in new rural construction and economic transformation and upgrading. |
