| 摘 要： | 在开放条件下，国际贸易与国际投资对一国的产业结构升级有着重大的意义。一国通过金融发展，一方面可以提升其在资本、技术、规模经济等方面的国际贸易比较优势来促进产业结构的升级；另一方面又可以优化东道国投资环境、强化国外直接投资的溢出效应来影响一国的产业结构升级。

| Abstract: | Under the situation of opening, international trade and international investment is of great significance for the upgrading of industrial structure. With the development of finance, a country can upgrade its international trade in terms of capital, technology, scaled economy and the llke to stimulate the upgrading of its industrial structure on the one hand, and on the other hand, it can improve its own environment for investment and strengthen the spillover of foreign direct investment to enhance the upgrading of its industrial structure. |
