试论日本"持久战"与建立傀儡政权结合方针的形成

抗日战争初期,日本侵略者凭借其强大的实力,采取了“速战速决”的战略,企图一举击溃国民政府,结束对华战争。但日本的这一战略在中国军民的顽强的抵抗下,不久就宣告破产。在这种情况下,日本侵略者不得不改“速战速决”战略为“持久战略”,并将这一政策与建立傀儡政权紧密结合起来。建立傀儡政权是日本“以华制华”政策的核心,正是在日本侵略者的大力扶持下,先是出现了华北、华中的地方傀儡政权,进而汪精卫又建立了统一的汉奸傀儡政权,成为日本侵华的工具。

On the Formation of the Combination Strategy of Japanese Endurable War and Establishing Puppet State Power

In July 1937 , Japanese army launched the large - scale war of invading China. During the initial stage of the war depending on their powerful force the Japanese invaders schemed to defeat the Nationl government by the strategy of "The War of Quick Decision", so that they could finish the war quickly. However, the strategy soon failed under the Chinese army's persistent defence . Under such circumstance, they had to change the strategy from "The War of Quick Decision" to "The Endurable War" and also they could associate such policy with the es-tablishment of puppet state power. Establishing puppet state power was the core of Japanese " Self-control of Puppet Force" policy. It was with the help of Japanese invaders that there came out the local puppet state power in the north and the middle of the Central plains, and what' s more, the establishment of Wang Jingwei's puppet state power, which all became the tool for Japan to invade China.
