日本、加拿大高校毕业生就业指导考察报告

考察团了解了日本、加拿大高校毕业生就业的概况及运行机制。日本、加拿大的共同之处是拥有完善的毕业生就业指导、服务体系,而且运行良好,能够为毕业生提供全方位的服务。建议我国大学生就业工作要借鉴日本、加拿大的经验,尽早建立完善的毕业生就业机制,使毕业生就业步入良性循环的轨道。

Study Report on the Careers Guidance for College Graduates in Japan and Canada

The study group understood the general situation and operating mechanism. The common ground of these two countries is that both have perfect career guidance and service system for college graduates, which runs well and is able to provide overall service for graduates. It is suggested that career guidance work in China should use the experience of Japan and Canada for reference to earlier establish a perfect career guidance operating mechanism, so as to make the graduates employment step into a benign cycle track.
