| 摘 要： | 本文指出当前我国大学本科教育师资相对不足,因此对本科教育质量造成了不良影响.作者在分析成因的基础上,建议在观念上和制度上正确处理好数量与质量、科研与教学、社会服务与本科教学工作等几对关系,并提出相应的建议.

| Abstract: | This paper argues that the relative scantiness of college teachers engaged in undergraduate education in China results in deterioration of the quality of undergraduate education. Based on the analysis of the causes, the author holds that such relationships as between quantity and quality, between research and teaching, and between social service and undergraduate education, should be properly dealt with. Relevant suggestions are also put forward. |
