| 摘 要： | 英国高校学分制与中国高校学分制相比,二者在学分理念、管理系统、课程体系、导师制度等方面存在着巨大差异。借鉴英国的高校学分制,树立新的教育理念和学分观念,加强学分系统管理,构建模块化课程体系,完善学分制配套实施措施,可达到人才培养多样化与个性化相统一的目标,为我国高校办学注入新的活力。
