摘    要:在建立现代企业制度中,国有企业党建与企业文化建设在思想认识、组织状况、工作作风、制度规章建设等方面都存在着一定的薄弱环节。从思想理论导向、工作内容及具体组织实施等方面来看,国企党建与企业文化创新都存在关联性。应当采取有效策略,实现国有企业党建与企业文化创新在理论、组织、制度等方面的同构。
