| 摘 要： | 电子商务是２１世纪最主要的工作手段，也是最普遍的商业行为。伴着电子商务时代的到来，由电子商务所引起的法律问题将会越来越多。如何规范电子商务行为，如何将其纳入法制的管制之中，是目前各部门法律亟待解决的课题。

| Abstract: | E-commerce,the most popular form of commercial operations in the 2lst century, has been giving rise to more and more legal issues. How to standardize e-commercial activities and how to solve the issues by means of legislation have become a primary research topic for the realm of jurisprudence all over the world. This article discusses the concept and basis of e-commerce, the various legal issues arising from the exchange of electronic data and offers legal insights into network security problems. |
