察邻国之政而知兴衰之机——日本岛国经济的文化特征

日本明治维新所采取的“开国进取”政策,主旨就是在保障其原有的民族精神和意志的前提条件下,广泛吸纳欧美国家的先进技术,实行本民族经济的技术改造。从而促成日本在岛国经济基础上,形成了文化的兼柔并蓄特征,促成了技术更新机制和对世界文化汲取的主动性和创造性。因而在很短的时间内就实现了现代城市工业经济高度崛起和发展。站在东方文化这个共同性质的前提和基础之上,“考其辨证之次第,鉴其行事之得失”,对于我们的改革事业,具有很大借鉴意义。 

Making Reference to the Neighbouring Country's Policy--The Cultural Charaderistics of Japan's Island Economy

The main purpose of Japan's Mingzhi Reform whose policy is developing the country with enterprising spirit is to,under the premise of maintaining the national spirit and willpower,widely adsorb and learn the advanced science and technology from European and American countries,to carry out the technical transformation of Japan's economy.As a result,on the basis of island country economy,Japan has formed its cultural characteristics of incorporating things of diverse nature and its technical renewal system,has promoted its initiativity and creativity in absorbing the world culture,thus,very soon,Japan has realized the rapid development and sudden rising of modern city industrial economy.Standing on the common base and premise of oriental culture,observing Japan's importance order of policies,differentiating the gains and loses of its practice,we can learn a lot in our course of reform.
