职业技能大赛对高职院校内涵式发展的影响研究

职业技能大赛是高职院校内涵式发展的重要助推器，高职院校应把握各级职业技能大赛的特点和功能，做到以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促训、以赛促改。目前高职职业技能大赛虽在不断延伸中蓬勃发展，但也存在制约其前行的短板，如目标易失偏颇、过程与教学分离、设备要求过高、评价体系尚未系统化等。从加强职业技能大赛的顶层设计、将职业技能大赛纳入高职人才培养模式改革、加强“双师型”师资队伍建设、加强实训基地建设、校企深度融合等方面保障职业技能大赛真正从内涵上促进高职教育改革与创新。

Research on Impact of Vocational Skills Competition on the Connotative Development of Higher Vocational Institutes

Vocational skills competition is an important booster for the connotative development of higher vocational institutes,so institutes should hold the features and functions of vocational skills competition in order to promote teaching,learning,training and reforming.Although the current higher vocational skills competition develops rap-idly,there are still some obstacles,namely deviation from the target,process separating from teaching,demand for qualified equipments,systematized evaluation system and so on.We must strive to perfect vocational skills competi-tion from top-level design,take the vocational skills competition into the reform of the higher vocational educa-tion,strengthen “Double”teachers,promote the construction of training base,enhance school-enterprise cooper-ation so as to promote the connonative reform and innovation of higher vocational education.
