城市化进程中拆迁安置小区管理的实践研究

Practical Study of the Management of the Resettlement Areas in the Process of Urbanization

With the rapid development of urbanization,residents of the resettlement areas differ from that of com-mercial residential areas in the staff structure,degree of education and lifestyle,which leads to the difference in management.To improve the condition of resettlement areas and build a harmonious management system,It is a ne-cessity to make breakthroughs in solving difficulties,renew opinions,and encourage efficiency by combining the government,community,property and residents together.By doing so,the construction forms and management models can be in line with international practice.
