| 摘 要： | 生态省建设是可持续发展的应有内涵,地方生态立法是生态省建设的法制保障;吉林省关涉生态省建设的法规与规章存在着立法方式脱离实际、立法内容不周延等缺陷,为了实现生态立法对生态省建设的保驾护航作用,需要加强和完善吉林省现有生态立法。

| Abstract: | The construction of ecological provinces is the connotation of sustainable development,while local ecological legislation is the legal safeguard of the construction of ecological provinces;the rules and regulations on the construction of a ecological province in Jilin Province bear some disadvantages like losing contact with reality and lacking distribution of legislative contents.To ensure the protection and advancement of ecological legislation on the construction of a ecological province,it is needed to enhance and to consummate the existing ecological legislation in Jilin Province. |
