| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业生存和发展的关键，是企业获取和保持竞争优势的重要手段。改革开放以来，陕西油气资源型企业的技术创新活动逐步加强，但与油气产业比较发达的国家（地区）的状况相比仍有很大差距，而技术创新动力不足是陕西油气资源型企业面临的主要问题。从企业内外部动力构成要素设计陕西油气资源型企业的技术创新动力机制，可以增加其技术创新动力，强化技术创新行为。
