| 摘 要： | 推进社会主义新农村建设,是加强农业基础性地位的重要措施,是促进城乡互动、实现可持续发展的必然选择,是提升我国综合国力的具体体现。推进新农村建设,必须积极推进现代农业建设,增加农民收入;必须大力发展农村公共事业,改变农村的整体面貌;必须加强制度建设,为社会主义新农村建设提供制度保障。
