教育行政管理原则论纲

摘    要:原则是客观规律的反映,教育行政管理原则是人们在实践中对教育规律的认识并提炼出来,又用于指导教育实践的基本原理。本文从教育行政管理的方向性、民主性、动态性、科学性、法制性等五个方面对教育行政管理的基本原则进行了分析和研究,以期对提高我国教育行政管理的效率和效能有所裨益。

Abstract:Principles are the reflection of the objective world. The administrative management principle of education is the basic priciple which comes from people' s understanding of the educational rule in pratice and in turn is applied to educational practice. This paper makes an analysis of the basic principles of the administrative management principle of education from the following aspects, such as its orientation, its democratic trend, its dynamic characteristics, its scientific feature, its legal trait, etc., in hopes that it can benefit Chinese administrative management of education.
