| 摘 要： | 在回顾我国农村社会保障制度历史演变过程的基础上,分析了造成我国农村社会保障机制逐步转变的历史背景与社会动因。就兰州市当前农村社会保障存在的问题及现状进行了剖析,提出了兰州市未来农村社会保障制度建设的相关措施与建议。
