| 摘 要： | 公元1675年,清王朝外藩蒙古察哈尔旗的布尔尼亲王作为蒙古大汗后裔,不甘屈从于清朝的统治,起兵反清失败,导致了北元政权及其余部的彻底覆灭和清王朝中央政权的扩张与巩固。通过平叛,年轻的康熙皇帝不仅获得了对漠南和漠北两大蒙古区域至高无上的权威,而且也为日后实施“以夷制夷”政策,借助蒙古部落强大的作战能力征服西域和西藏奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | In the year A.D 1675,Buerni,as a descendant of the Mongolian ruler,staged an armed insurrection against the Qing Dynasty but failed.It caused the downfall of the Beiyuan government and its remaining subordinate of the Qing Dynasty.Through Crushing the rebellion,Kang xi laid a good foundation for the implementation of the policy of conquering the Western regions and the Tibet with the aid of the strony Mongol tribes. |
