| 摘 要： | 政治文明是一个系统。政治文明系统具有整体性、结构性、层次性的特征。政治文明是由政治意识、政治制度、政治行为构成的三维结构。其中,政治意识文明是政治文明的精髓;政治制度文明是其核心;而政治行为文明则是其表现。
