摘    要:
本文在分析组织架构与战略执行关系的基础上,剖析了当前中国商业银行组织架构对商业银行战略执行的不利影响,认为当前商业银行组织架构有碍于金融安全、市场开发、价值战略和竞争战略等战略的执行,大幅增加了商业银行战略执行的交易成本,降低了战略执行的灵敏性。针对这一问题,提出了商业银行组织架构扁平化的设计思路。

Abstract:
The essay analyzes the relationship between organization structure and strategy application and points out the negative influence of China Commercial Bank organization structure on the strategy application. The present organization structure of China Commercial Bank hinders the financial security,market development,price strategy,competition strategy and increases the cost of strategy application and lessens the sensitivity of strategy application. The essay offers a suggestion of constructing a flat organization structure for China Commercial Bank.
