| 摘 要： | 细菌战诉讼案大致经历了准备阶段、起诉阶段、一审阶段、二审阶段、三审阶段,其结果以败诉告终.这场诉讼虽然败诉了,但它仍然具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义:锁定了侵华日军实施细菌战的罪行;推动了人们对侵华日军细菌战罪行的调查和学术研究;激发了广大群众的爱国热情;扩大了社会影响,引起了世界关注.细菌战诉讼案告诉人们:和平是全世界人民的共同愿望,战争罪行终究逃不过历史的惩罚;对日索赔与中、日友好并不矛盾;抢救历史刻不容缓;把爱国热情化为实际行动,把祖国建设得更加强大.
