摘    要:从人力资本角度研究组织边界理论,借鉴科斯的企业边界理论模型,在界定人力资本、组织成本和市场交易费用几个核心概念的基础上,建立组织成本收益和市场交易费用收益的比较模型,探讨人力资本与组织边界的关系。研究发现:在市场交易费用水平不变的前提下,随着人力资本水平的提高,人力资本的私权性、专用性和群体性适度控制并合理利用,可以节约组织成本,提高人力资本收益,促进组织边界扩张,反之亦然。

Abstract:This paper discusses organization border theories from the perspective of human capital.Based on Coase's enterprise boundary theories model,the paper first defines a few core concepts,such as the human capital, organization cost and market transaction expenses,and then goes on to establish a comparison model of the organization cost income to market transaction expenses income,and to look into the relation between the human capital and the organization border.It concludes that in the premise of constant level of expenses in the market transaction,the increase of human capital level,and the proper control and utilization of human capital's nature of private power,appropriation and the community can help economize the organization costs,increase organization income,and expand organization border,and vice versa.
