关于和谐社会剥削问题的哲学思考

随着改革开放的深入，我国个体私营等非公有制经济不断发展壮大，成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分和社会生产力发展的推动力量。剥削现象的存在有其历史必然性和现实合理性，它与生产力发展水平相联系，其产生、发展和消亡都有它自身规律性。同时，唯物辩证法的矛盾观是构建和谐社会的哲学基础，正确认识我国现阶段客观存在的资本与雇佣劳动之间的剥削关系，充分发挥剥削有利于生产力发展的积极作用，维护社会和谐与稳定。

Philosophical Consideration about Exploitation in a Harmonious Society

With the deepening of reform and opening up, the individual and private economy, together with other nonpublic sector of the economy in China, have developed into an important component of socialist market economy and a driving force of the development of social productive forces. Exploitation, which is a phenomenon of historical inevitability and realistic rationality, is related with the development of productive forces, and has its own rule of birth, development and disappearance. At the same time, the concept of contradictions in materialist dialectics is the philosophical basis for the building of a harmonious society ; therefore, to understand correctly that exploitation relation between capital and wage labour does exist at the present stage in China, and give full play to the exploitation is positive to the development of productive forces and the safeguard of social harmony and stability.
