| Abstract: | The 21 st century will be a century of knowledge economy, which will offer great opportunities for the de-velopment of Hunan province. Meanwhile, Hunan will also face many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, Hunan should develop high technology selectively, choose important regions to develope knowledge economy correcily and establish a new system for it. |
