| 摘 要： | 本文通过对美国教育行政机构与职能的深入研究,探讨了美国教育行政的未来发展趋势。同时与我国教育行政进行了异同比较,提出应该借鉴美国经验,向间接管理过渡、严格执行教育法律法规、职业院校应面向市场需求办学等未来发展方向。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a thorough research on organizations and functions of education administration of America and its future development,makes a comparison on the differences and similarities of education administration between America and China,and puts forward three suggestions.We should learn from America to run schools according to market needs,to make a transition from direct management to indirect management and to carry out educational laws and regulations. |
