| 摘 要： | 社会技术是指调整、管理、控制社会的方法.它比科学技术对经济发展更具有决定作用.社会技术构成体系主要包括:政府组织的状况、财政税收制度、法律制度、意识形态等等.社会技术进步主要体现为社会运行效率的提高.在中古晚期,社会技术进步是科技突破和经济发展的先决条件.英国社会技术提高很快,比中国的社会技术更具有促进效率的秉性.正是社会技术水平的差异,才导致中英在18 世纪发展的分道扬镳.

| Abstract: | In brief,social technology is the method of regulating,managing and controlling society.It has greater effect on the economic development as compared with the science technology.The Component system of social technology included the condition of government organization,the system of finance and revenue,the juristic system,the ideology and so on.The progress of social technology mainly lies in the improvement of social functioning efficiency.At the later medieval times,The progress of social technology was the precondition of science and technology breakthrough and economic development.England social technology improved very quickly.It had more efficient nature than Chinese social technology.Just because the difference of social technology level,China and England went her own way in the eighteen century. |
