| Abstract: | Nowadays, it is more and more difficult for college students to get employed due to the imperfect employment mechanism and unexpected difficulties. In order to widen the employment channels, college students should combine their own characters and strong points,get known about the present situation,identify the conflict among the difficulties of the employment,switch their roles,adjust themselves to the need of employment, as well as set the practical goals. |
