| 摘 要： | 发展民族地区县域经济是全面建设小康社会的艰巨任务。发展民族地区县域经济,必须立足于创新;认清优、劣势,发展特色经济;努力加大民族地区县域经济开放程度;大力发展民族地区县域非公有制经济;处理好民族地区县域经济发展中政府与市场的关系。

| Abstract: | Developing the economy at the country level in ethnic areas is an onerous task, and the development should be based on originality. To put the economic development into practice, it is necessary to understand the advantages and disadvantages, expand the economic reform at the county level, develop non-public economy and handle the relationship between the government and the market. |
