| 摘 要： | 家族企业概念界定的复杂性问题,是由家族企业管理的伦理气质决定的。如何看待家族企业管理的伦理气质,是形成一个关于家族企业的包容而合理的概念来指引我们正确看待家族企业管理之伦理理念的关键。由于"愿景"的建立或"共同梦想"的编织,是构筑家族企业管理之伦理气质的最为关键的构成因素,因此从愿景或共同梦想来看待家族企业管理的伦理气质,有助于我们形成一个包容而合理的关于家族企业的概念界定。
