| 摘 要： | 语言学是哲学的重要分支，不断接受哲学认识理论的滋养。从哲学认识论角度来看，语言学领域一直存在“形式主义”和“功能主义”两大对立流派，两者对语言结构和意义的阐释存在较大差异。本文试图对两个流派进行比较，并对“统一”理论的建立进行尝试性的探讨。
