| Abstract: | Securities based on creditor's rights of the real estate mortgage is a kind of securities innovation on property right. After analyzing the reasons why this kind of securization came into being and introducing its types today, the paper researches on the posibility of the innovation in China. Then it gives some suggestion on how to solve problems in securization in China. |
