| Abstract: | This paper elucidates the implication and function of judicial interpretation of law from the standpoint that the traditional academic ideas should be combined with judicial practice; it also sums up the characteristics of the judicial interpretation given by the Supreme People's Court in our country, then points out the existent problems and finally puts forward some proposals for improvement. |
