| 摘 要： | 近代第一次科学革命以来,先后出现了四个国际科学活动中心国家和两个世界性霸权国家,由于这两者之间的内在联系,显示出国际科学活动中心周期与国际政治世纪性规律具有统一性,科学技术通过科技强国律越来越深刻地影响着国际政治格局。

| Abstract: | Since the first modern science revolution, four countries grew up as centers world science activities and two as hegemonical powers one after another. Due to inner link between the two, it is shown that there is certain unity between the existing period of world science activities center and the centenary characteristic of international politics. Science and technology is exercising an increasingly great effect on global political pattern by means of alternately raising some nation's might above others. |
