| 摘 要： | 在对外汉语教学中，我们一直存在着一些误区，如何认识并纠正是一个迫在眉睫的大问题。本文就这一问题进行了深入细致的分析，指出对外汉语教学的重点应该是汉字教学，因为汉语是“字本位”的。同时，进一步提出了汉字教学的具体内容，即应该从汉字的性质、字形、部件和笔画四个方面组织汉语教学。充分地利用汉字与生俱来的优势，把传统的经验和现代语言学理论结合起来，开创汉字和汉语教学的新局面。
