| 摘 要： | 推进高校校办企业体制改革，建立现代企业制度，是适应经济全球化、科学技术迅猛发展和我国加入世贸组织新形势的需要，同时也是促进高校高新技术产业化，加快教育、科技发展的需要。我国高校校办企业的发展状况决定其改制的必要性，改制中出现的问题，是前进中的问题，是发展中的问题，对其进行法律规制，有利于促进其规范发展，从而保障我国高校校办企业改制的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | It's urgent to reform college-run enterprises and establish a modern enterprise system to meet the demand of the economic globalization, of the development of science and technology, and of the WTO. The reform is also beneficial to the industrialization of the enterprises and the advancement of higher education. Based on the analysis of the factual situation of the enterprises, the paper proposes that problems be solved through legal regulation. |
