| Abstract: | Based on the latest research findings on open innovation and total innovation management, the paper puts forward the content and theoretical framework of open ＆ total innovation, and conducts a case study of CIMC. The paper concludes that open ＆ total innovation management is the key strategy and path for Chinese firms to improve their international competitive competencies and obtain sustainable competitive advantages. |
