摘    要:
本文从流程的角度研究了企业柔性,从感知-分析-反应三个过程来刻画柔性,并结合Slack的多尺度方法提出流程柔性的度量维度,最后给出了外部环境-核心流程柔性-企业绩效的模式。

Abstract:
This paper studies the enterprise flexibility in view of the flowing process. It describes the flexibility respectively in the three stages of the process: apperception, analysis, and reflection, and then points out the measuring dimensionality with consideration of the approach of slack measurement; finally presents an enterprise achievement flowing model consisting of the external environment-the flexibility of the core flowing process-the enterprise achievements.
