国有企业改革之我见

国有企业在我国经济和社会发展中 ,发挥着十分重要的作用。但在当前市场经济条件下 ,国有企业也面临着前所未有的严峻挑战。因此 ,应当从以下诸方面深化国有企业改革 :推进国有企业战略布局的调整和重组 ;建立和完善现代企业制度 ,加强和改善企业管理 ;多渠道减轻企业负担 ;加快国有企业技术改造和产业升级 ;建设一支高素质的经营管理队伍

On reform of state owned enterprises

State owned enterprises(SOEs) play a very important role in the economic and social development of China.But they are facing a challenge under the market economy. To meet the new situation the SOEs must be further reformed in the five aspects: the adjustment and reorganization of strategic layout of SOEs, the perfection of modern enterprise system; lightening the burden on the SOEs, the technological reform and advancement of them, and training qualified managerial personnels.
